Only the Year 10 Elective Class had the fortune to cook in Food Tech this week. Students began the first step of their design task by making basic muffins. Our Senior School students were focusing on precision knife skills in their Food Technology classes during this week. Students learnt to Julienne thin matchsticks, Baton larger matchsticks and Macedoine dice vegetables. This was a challenging task for students.
