In 2024, Ms. Tanja and Team Al Siraat will proudly mark their 12th consecutive year participating in the Great Cycle Challenge (GCC) to raise funds for children fighting cancer. Over the years, they have raised more than $50,000, all of which supports vital research for better treatments and cures for childhood cancers.
The GCC Australia is a major fundraising initiative of the Children鈥檚 Medical Research Institute, kicking off annually on October 1st. Since its inception in 2013, GCC has grown into one of Australia鈥檚 largest cycling events, with over 100,000 riders from every state and territory coming together. Every year, this dedicated community of cyclists takes to their bikes to combat childhood cancer.
